The number in the Plan-Set is the physical A/C Living Home size (SF). Each FULL-SET of PLANS (Builder's Set) are $0.25 / SF (.PDF 'soft-copy')...AND, $1.00 / SF (.DWG 'hard-copy' CAD-FILE download).

If for example you purchase a .PDF set, and later wish to purchase the .DWG CAD-FILE, we will reimburse the difference. Or let's say you purchase either, yet wish to commission our Guru Design Team to assist you in revising the Blueprints of choice, we will reimburse your original cost upon hire. How does that sound? Due to Limited Liability requirements, we encourage our clients to hire a Professional Designer is the project area, to facilitate your sign/seal documents.

Should you be seeking an a-la-cart "one-stop shop", no problem! We will sign/seal your Construction Documents "Builders-set" as an Addition Service: billed at $1,000.00 (for 1-set), and each additional sign/seal set for $200.00 each (no limit).
